Virante strives to produce a quality, reliable product with the Comprehensive Search Engine Optimization Analysis tool. If you contact us about an error, with a question or to offer a suggestion, we will respond as soon as possible, generally within two business days.

If you still feel, however, that you should be given a refund, please read through the following refund policies.

• Virante, Inc. will refund your payment in the following cases if you accidentally purchased a report more than once for the same URL and keywords.
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests given the following circumstances:
• When a user demands a refund immediately upon receiving their report.
• When a user informs changes their mind about using the report after having purchased it.
• When reasons which prevent a customer from proper use of the product are stated clearly on our official site. (For example, if the customer requests a refund due to the absence of information or data which we never claimed the report would provide).
• We will rerun the report free of charge if a section of the report is clearly missing that you ordered.
